We’ve designed our facilities with your care and comfort in mind. We want all of our patients and visitors to feel safe and comfortable when stepping foot in our Health centre . Our highly trained health care assistants can help you receive the best care by allocating you to the most appropriate member of our team, this is done via a short questionnaire designed by our experienced GPs when you call the clinic.
Our nurse led clinic allows same day access for all our patients with new onset problems or flares of chronic conditions.
This face to face clinic is designed to manage long term problems, non urgent conditions, completion of forms or documentation requiring GP input and much more.
Helping our patients take control of their long term conditions with support from our multi disciplinary team and ICT technology.
